Davidson Academy Senior Adrian Lin was named a top 300 scholar in the Regeneron Science Talent Search 2025 for this project “LiDAR-Enhanced Augmented Reality Super Vision for Real-Time Hazard Detection in Pedestrian and Dynamic Work Environments.” Adrian and the Academy will each be awarded $2,000 for Adrian’s accomplishment. The Academy is just 1 of 200 schools in the country to have a Regeneron STS Scholar as a student.
Adrian is now hoping to be named 1 of the 40 finalists in the talent search. If named, Adrian will compete in Washington D.C. for a chance to earn even more awards.
